Throughout the year, our teams are actively attending industry related events, meetings, marketplace trade shows to connect one on one with professional groups.  These integral connections will directly benefit your campus venues by increasing the exposure of your unique venues and amenities to national meeting planners. This will help fill your open (unused) inventory of campus meeting spaces and overnight guest accommodations thus driving new opportunities to your campus venue.

    We have aligned with Circles, our concierge services partner to allow each of your conference guests to have full concierge services 24/7 before, during and after their event.  They will serve as your personal assistant to help with just about everything from travel arrangements, ground transportation, entertainment, local activities/ excursions, on campus support, and much more.
  • Audio Visual Support          
    Our onsite AV tech support will be available to support event planning and setup, pre, during and after your conferees events.  Our teams will work with you to deliver AV and technology solutions for just about every need or situation that may arise.

    Our culinary teams have crafted menus specifically designed for the conference guest.  You will have access to seasonally inspired collections that will feature seasonal promotions, regional favorites and offer flexibility for just about every group’s needs.
